(1) Photograph should be size of 3.5cm x 3.5cm in the square shape.
 


(2) It should have light color background (not white).

(3) It should have front view of person’s head and shoulders showing the full face in the       middle of the photograph.

(4) Photograph should not be stapled or signed.

(5) The photo below is not exactly 3.5cm x 3.5cm square photograph, it is similar to a       standard Passport size photograph. We can resize that photo to 3.5x3.5cm by      removing the upper portion.

(6) The photograph below is not a square photograph, And we will not be able to resize the
      photograph Therefore not acceptable.
